Step #1: Open WhatsApp on your Android and iOS device.
Step #2: Next, tap on Settings from the bottom right corner (If you are an Android User, you need to tap on three horizontal dots from the top right corner).
Step #3: Now, tap on Accounts.
Step #4: Tap on Change Number from the Account page.
Step #5: To Proceed, you need to tap on Next.
Step #6: Here you need to enter your Old number with country code first and then enter a new number with a country code you are living in.
Step #7: Tap on Done and verify your new number with a 6-digit activation code.
