And when it comes to business, a screenshot is the must. So here is how to take screenshots on Apple Watch 1, Series 2 and Series 3 in watchOS 4.
Note that the feature of capturing a screenshot on Apple Watch is disabled by default, and hence, you need to enable this feature from the Watch app available on your paired iPhone.
How to Enable Screenshot in watchOS 4
Until you enable screenshot in watchOS 4, you cannot take a screenshot on your Apple Watch.
Step #1: Open Watch app on the paired iPhone.
Step #2: If you are not on My Watch tab, simply tap on it and then tap on General.
Step #3: Now you need to scroll down and toggle Enable Screenshots ON.

Press and release Digital Crown and Power button at the same time.
How to Access Screenshots Captured on Apple Watch
When you finish taking screenshots, you need to know the results. No worries, all your screenshots are stored automatically in Photos app on Photo album or Camera Roll, if you have not enabled iCloud Photo Library on the paired iPhone.
Step #1: Open Photos app on iPhone.
Step #2: Now tap on Album and next, tap on Screenshots album.
Here, you can see all your screenshots, which can now be edited and shared with others.
Note that if you are running your smartwatch on watchOS 3, you need to enable screenshot from the paired iPhone. Taking screenshots is the best way a fitness enthusiast can track his/her fitness activities. From watchOS 3, Apple introduced screenshot shortcut to pause and resume your fitness activities. While doing exercise, enable screenshots on your device and this will take screenshots when you pause or resume your workout.
