Step #2: Now tap on General.
Step #3: Next, tap on Date & Time.
Step #4: Here, you need to toggle off switch to Set Automatically.
Step #5: Now you should manually set the date and time.
Step #6: Then reboot your iOS device. Simply press and hold home and power button simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds; and when you see Apple logo on screen, release the buttons.
If you are using iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, you need to follow a different method to reboot the device.

Fix #2: Make sure you have granted permission to App Store to access your mobile/cellular data
Step #1: Launch Settings and then tap on Cellular (many iOS devices have Mobile Data option – Cellular and Mobile Data are one and the same).
Step #2: Here, you need to ensure that the toggle button next to App Store is green, i.e. turned on.
Fix #3: Reset iOS Device to Factory Settings
