Enable Location Services
Sometimes, users clean forgot to turn on Location Services on iPhone or iPad. When you reset all settings on your iOS device, Location Services may be disabled. To enable Location Services on your iPhone or iPad:
Step #1: Launch Settings on your iOS device.
Step #2: Tap on Privacy.
Step #3: Now tap on Location Services, which is the very first option.
Step #4: Simply toggle on Location Services.
Next, turn off Location Services and then restart your device.
Upon restart, follow the above steps to enable Location Services.
Location Services Not Responding or Greyed Out?

Allow Map App to use Location Services

Open Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Maps and then choose While Using the App. You can also select Always if you frequently share your locations with your friends on WhatsApp.
Reset Location and Network Settings
This is another way of fixing location issue on your iPhone or iPad.
Step #1: Open Settings app on your iOS device.
Step #2: Tap on General.
Step #3: Scroll down and tap on Reset.
Step #4: Reset Location & Privacy is the last option; tap on it and now tap on reset network settings.
