How to Update Apps on Apple Watch
Step #1: Launch Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Step #2: Tap on My Watch tab from the bottom menu.
Step #3: Next, tap on General.
Step #4: Now, you need to toggle Automatic App Install option ON if you have disabled it.
When you turn on this option and if there are apps on your iPhone that are compatible with Apple Watch, those apps will automatically install and appear on your home screen.
