Step #1: Launch Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

Step #2: Next, scroll down and tap on Accounts & Passwords.

Step #3: Now you need to tap on Add Account option.

Step #4: You can see different mail clients on the screen; there is iCloud, Exchange, Google, Yahoo!, Aol. and Outlook.com. Tap on Outlook.com.

Step #5: Log into your Outlook account.

Step #6: Once you add your account, you can toggle on syncing for all data you want to move to your iPhone.

Step #7: You need to head back to Accounts by tapping on Account from top left corner; here, tap on Account.

Step #8: You are now on the Outlook screen, and here you need to toggle on Mail button to sync all your emails. Similarly, you can toggle on Contacts, Calendars, and Notes.

This will enable your Microsoft account to sync all your respective data (as mentioned above) on your iPhone.
