Step #3: You will be landed on the page that reads: What’s happening with your ‘device’? You need to choose the topic under which your problem falls. You can also type the query in the ‘search topics’ field.

Step #4: For every main issue, Apple provides you sub-topics and you need to select one that troubles you.

Step #5: “How would you like to get help?” On this screen, you will be provided options like Chat, Talk to Apple Support Now, and Bring in for Repair. Here, you need to select one option.

Based on the selection of options, Apple will provide you satisfactory support.

If you select Chat or Talk to Apple Support Now, be prepared with serial number, IMEI or MEID of your device.

In case you select Bring in for Repair, you need to enter your Apple ID and password in the screen that follows.

How to Book a Genius Bar Appointment at an Apple Store

For many users, chatting or talking is not comfortable, especially when they have hardware problems with their devices. In this situation, you need to take your Mac, iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch to the Apple Store for repairs. You can easily schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar.

Step #1: Open Apple Support page or launch Apple Support app.

Step #2: Again, you need to choose the device you want to fix.

Step #3: Click on the category from the eight boxes available on screen. You can also type your query in ‘Search topics’.

Step #4: Select a sub-topic from the list of ten.

Step #5: When you are provided three options viz. Chat, Talk to Apple Support Now, and Bring in for Repair, you need to choose the last one, i.e. Bring in for Repair.

Step #6: Type in your Apple ID and password.

Step #7: Choose a location and click on Go button.

You will see a list of Apple Stores or Apple authorized store with ‘Availability’ and ‘Distance’.

Step #8: Choose an Apple Store near you.

Step #9: Finally, select a date and time.

That’s it!

You just have to reach the store at the scheduled time and date.
